CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Full refunds will be considered for quarterly workshops or conference events if request is made at least 14 days before the workshop or conference date. Partial refunds (50%) will be considered if request is made between 14 days and 72 hours before the workshop date.

Full refunds will be considered for conference registration only in cases of illness or a debilitating health condition which impacts participation by the registrant.

Please contact programs@norcata.org if there is an extenuating circumstance.

All refund or credit requests must be documented by using the Refund Request Form. The request will be reviewed against the refund level applicable on the date the request is received.

Occasionally, changes are made due to speaker availability, participant demand or unforeseen circumstances.  While NorCATA will do everything possible to ensure participant satisfaction, NorCATA's liability is limited to the registration fee only.

If you are scheduled to be the coordinator at a seminar and you need to cancel, PLEASE notify us as soon as possible.  Your registration fee will be forfeited and cannot be transferred to another workshop. To cancel as a coordinator, contact programs@norcata.org.
