CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY Full refunds will be considered for quarterly workshops or events if request is made no less than (2) weeks before the workshop date. Partial refunds (50%) will be considered if request is made no less than 72 hours before the workshop date. Please contact programs@norcata.org if there is an extenuating circumstance. Refunds will be considered for conference registration only in cases of illness or a debilitating health condition which restricts travel and full participation by the registrant. The serious health condition could also be that of a direct family member if the condition would restrict the registrant from attending. In addition, death of an immediate family member or significant other that restricts travel and full participation by the registrant is covered by this policy. The illness must be documented by a physician’s letter; the death must be verified by an obituary or other proper means. All refund or credit requests must be documented by using the Refund Request Form. The request will be reviewed against the refund level applicable on the date the request is received. The physician’s note must be attached to the form. Registration refunds will be considered with required documentation and provided at the following percentages and intervals:

NorCATA is approved by the Internal Revenue Services as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization that promotes the therapeutic use of art throughout Northern California, public awareness of art therapy, professional development through educational events, workshops, conferences, and more.
