    Dear NORCATA Community:

I will be subletting my Berkeley office starting September 2020. Even if you are not seeing clients, it is a beautiful and serene setting for tele-therapy and professional / career development. Plus, it affords you some space and time away from home!

The office is light-filled and spacious with jasmine blossoming outside the window. The office is part of a suite with other therapists, and has a shared bathroom, and waiting area with a tea station. New carpeting and furnishings, freshly painted, free parking, ADA accessible. Near Ashby BART, easy freeway access.

    Wifi, printer, and microwave.

The size of the office makes it ideal for working with families, couples, and children. It is set up to be a calming, comfortable space for all ages. There is a table for art therapy projects, with plenty of art supplies, a sandtray, books, and games.

Available on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays.

Rent= $225/ mo. weekdays, $200/mo Saturdays and Sundays. Rent reduction considered for multiple days.

Please email me if interested: acookshonkoff@gmail.com. Photos attached below.

    Thank you!

    Ariella
