Above: NorCATA art therapists at the Butte County Healing Arts Festival in Chico, CA on January 5, 2019

For the Festival, NorCATA art therapists selected a location at the Chico Mall so that there would be open and easy access to public transportation, that there would be more opportunity for fire evacuees to attend, and that the community would be there to participate even if they hadn't heard about the Festival prior to the event.

For ongoing support, NorCATA will be offering monthly art therapy groups at Studio 561 led by a registered art therapist and other facilitators.  Parents, kids, and teens welcome!

Volunteers are needed to lead or co-lead one or more art therapy support groups.  Contact Cynthia for more information, or to volunteer.
